Wow, where has the time gone? I can’t believe June is over! This month flew by in a flurry of fashion, travel, and lots of work.
June 2021 was both hectic and special. On June 15th, California finally lifted all COVID-19 restrictions. After spending most of 2020 and part of 2021 under quarantine, I couldn’t wait to start traveling again and experiencing more of California!
For our inaugural trip, my boyfriend Stephen and I traveled to Reno, Nevada and Sacramento, California for spontaneous weekend away. We also ate at a few new local restaurants and joined a local gym! It felt great to be adventurous after a year and a half of being homebodies.
In June, I experimented with a lot of summer neutrals. Since I’m typically a bright colors girl, it felt great to get out of my comfort zone! I also favored outfits involving two piece sets and blazers.
Overall, I’m grateful for all of the excitement that June brought, but I’m looking forward to a more relaxing and peaceful July!
