Nestled upon the top floors of the Park MGM, The NoMad Las Vegas is a luxury boutique hotel with a distinctly European feel.
Booking and Check-In
Upon entering The NoMad, guests are greeted by an elegant lobby. An opulent red carpet and decorative screens contrast against white marble floors and walls. The lobby’s gothic aesthetic is augmented by dim lighting exuding from ornate lanterns.
Off to the side of the lobby, The NoMad Las Vegas also has a few more pockets of luxurious European interior design. Each plays host to more marble floors, lush carpets and lavish curtains.
Room
During our stay at The NoMad, my fiancé and I were given an upgrade to an Atelier suite. 528 square feet in size, the Atelier suite contains a King bed, refrigerator, walk-in shower, and a pedestal tub.
Cleverly masquerading as a trunk as not to disrupt the ornate feel of the room, the refrigerator came fully stocked with water, snacks, and candied nuts (all for an additional fee, of course!)
I was far more excited about the small desk and mirror located across from the refrigerator. When we travel, my fiancé and I typically get ready at the same time. Having an area separate from the bathroom where I can do my makeup helps us stay out of each other’s way.
Our suite’s bathroom was especially lovely. The marble shower was spacious and provided ample water pressure from the shower head. The vanity was well-lit and well-stocked with towels, lotion, and various other amenities.
The only oddity was that our toilet was located in a separate room down the hall from the rest of the bathroom facilities. While I was originally thrown off by the choice, I eventually appreciated having access to a separate toilet whilst my fiancé was in the shower.
Finally, we arrive at the bedroom of the Atelier Suite. Every detail of the room was luxurious and carefully thought out. Fitting with the hotel’s theme of New York opulence, the room’s hardwood floors are covered by ornate Turkish rugs. Red velvet privacy screens sit nestled on either side of a plush couch. The walls are adorned with simple paintings as to not overpower the rest of the decor.
Despite these careful touches, the crowning jewel of the room was the giant pedestal bathtub. Large enough to comfortably fit two, the bathtub proved to be a lovely way to relax at the end of a long day indulging on the Las Vegas Strip.
Of course, no Las Vegas suite would be complete without a stunning view of the strip! Our room provided a direct line of sight to the Aria and Vdara as well as the neighboring mall.
Amenities
One of the best places to be at any Vegas hotel during the summer is the hotel pool- and the NoMad’s pool did not disappoint!
The NoMad’s pool was well equipped with several upholstered wooden chaise lounges. Comfortable and inviting, the chaises offered a great view of the pool and surrounding Vegas skyline. If you prefer a seat in the shade, several tables and chairs are available near the bar area. For an even more decadent experience, you can reserve a gazebo or cabana.
Like every Vegas pool, The NoMad pool has a well-equipped bar that serves refreshing cocktails to augment your pool experience. I ordered a 32oz Blueberry Mojito served in a trendy souvenir cup, and it was delicious!
In addition to the NoMad pool, access is provided to a second pool at the Park MGM. Guests are also welcome to visit the Park MGM’s Fitness Center, Spa, and Salon throughout the duration of their stay.
Location
The NoMad Las Vegas is located on the upper levels of the Park MGM, north of the New York New York Hotel & Casino and south of the Aria.
Its central location is within walking distance of several popular Vegas attractions, including the T-Mobile Arena. Guests also have easy access The Shops at Crystals, a mall that carries luxury brands such as Prada, Louis Vuitton, and more.
Dining and Entertainment

The NoMad contains two on-site restaurants: The NoMad Library and The NoMad Bar.
As its name implies, The NoMad Library is encircled by two stories of illuminated floor-to-ceiling bookshelves. Antique lamps adorn intimate leather booths, creating a private, romantic atmosphere.
The NoMad Library offers a small menu comprised of seafood, steak, and delectable appetizers. Its menu mainly focuses on steak and seafood options. While I did not dine there during my visit, reviews were outstanding and the restaurant came highly recommended by several members of staff.
In contrast to the formality of The Library, The NoMad Bar serves craft cocktails and small bites in a lavishly decorated piano lounge. The NoMad Bar is open every night and on weekends for brunch, and it hosts live music from Thursday-Sunday.
During my visit, I originally intended to stop at The NoMad Bar for a single cocktail. However, the appetizer list was too tempting, so my fiancé and I ordered Burrata. It was absolutely delicious!
Along with the two onsite restaurants, patrons of The NoMad Las Vegas have access to several restaurants inside the Park MGM. My personal favorites include Eataly, a large Italian marketplace, Primrose, a trendy brunch restaurant, and Best Friend, an eclectic Korean eatery.
Overall Impressions
Of the 5 resorts I’ve stayed at in Las Vegas, The NoMad is by far my favorite. Our suite was extravagant, the pool was stunning, and the hotel’s location on the central Strip was ideal for exploration.
To make our experience even more memorable, The NoMad had phenomenal service. Every employee we met was kind, helpful, and went out of their way to make sure our stay was as relaxing as possible. Honestly, if running this blog didn’t push me to explore new resorts, I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else in Las Vegas.
However, The NoMad is one of the most expensive hotels on the Las Vegas Strip. Basic suites easily top $400 per night on an average weekend, while the Atelier suite showcased here often runs over $1000 per night. I personally don’t feel comfortable paying that much for a room, but we got a fantastic deal using our American Express Platinum card.
Despite our AmEx discount, The NoMad is still at the upper end of our price range. If you’re looking for a more affordable resort, the Park MGM is a better choice.
